Iso Grifo A3/L Back

Iso was a manufacturer of luxurious sporting GT cars in the 1960s and ‘70s, and a competitor to Ferrari, Maserati and more. The company had a most interesting formula by combining the sophisticated looks and chassis engineering found in Europe with reliable American power. The Iso seen here is the A3/L, the one-off prototype Grifo that appeared in 1963. The production Grifo GL that debuted two years later was one of the fastest, most beautiful and desirable cars of its time, and has become quite coveted by collectors today.
